Allowing a person to eat more food and once ready for a fat loss phase, allows for dieting on higher calories and permits for a longer dieting phase if needed. Fit Diesel is a flexible dieting approach. Meaning, you eat the foods you like. This promotes lifelong sustainability and a psychologically healthy relationship with food.

MACROCoach is an extraordinary nutritional coaching interface. MACROCoach coaches you to coach yourself by science. Fit Diesel took their expertise and consulted a computer engineer to create an affordable coaching experience. Fit Diesel wants a paradigm shift to occur in America. A healthier America, enjoying any food, and affordable to all no matter economic status.

Fit Diesel's strength and conditioning programming has been utilized by NFL players, MMA athletes, Jiu-Jitsu champions, physique competitors, special operations personnel, law enforcement, fathers, mothers, and grandparents. Fit Diesel specializes in programming via a science and experience-based approach.

Fit Diesel's recipe hacks are a variety of foods, desserts, and holiday specialties. They found the perfect mixture of lower-calorie ingredients while keeping the delicious taste. Many of these recipes were altered from Matt's grandmother, Alpha, and his Aunt Linda. These ladies prepared large meals every day for their entire lives. Matt's aunt Linda was known for her desserts. Her famous Magic Cookie Bars are a delight.

Fit Diesel's approach was founded by Matt Estridge. Matt was a University of Tennessee Strength Coach, Coach To Colin Congo (PNBA Mr. Olympia), Department of Homeland Security Field Office Fitness Coordinator for elite counter-terrorism agents, and has coached many professional athletes. Matt has an amazing teammate as Fit Diesel's CEO, his spouse, Nikki Estridge. Nikki played division I softball for the University of Tennessee and still holds the squat record for the Lady Vols. Besides a loving mom, she is a successful actress with notable acting credits and awards as a writer, director, and actor. Matt and Nikki live what they teach.
