We understand that dieting can be tough because of the choices we think we have to make regarding food.

At Fit Diesel, we take a science-based approach to nutrition. Our point of view is that you can have any foods you like, within reason, and still maintain a healthy diet.

No healthy diet plan for a normal person is going to allow you to eat hamburgers, fries and shakes all the time. But, you can have some of that some of the time. As long as you hit your numbers (e.g., protein, carbs, fat, fiber & sugar), you will get results. For those who like pancakes, cookies and other "unhealthy foods", we are providing healthier recipe options while still keeping a great taste.
