Contest Prep (Physique Athlete)
$600.00 (per month)

As a pro competitor we understand the level of perfection you require and what is at stake. We provide you with the same science and experience based coaching that took Colin Congo to the PNBA Mr. Olympia title in 2018. This program focuses on a week to week dietary analysis and check-in. We focus on retaining lean muscle mass during your contest prep. Our science and experienced based strategic diet breaks and flexible eating provides you continued progress and psychological motivation. Through a minimal cardio approach (within reason) our goal is to protect you from lean muscle mass loss. For peak week we do not use gimmicks or odd bro science. We provide you with sound advice from a scientific perspective. We can front-load or conduct the infamous and rarely attempted back load. Once your competition season is over we will build your metabolism to ensure systematic weight and fat gain. We will keep you close to stage lean or take you where you would like to be. We do this to stop the possibility of re-setting your body fat set point via post contest binging and having higher body fat than ever before.

This program will consist of 1-on-1 coaching and include MACROCoach.



MACROCoach
$35.00 (per month)

It is harder to reach your goals if you do not know where you are. Whether you are training by yourself or with a trainer, our proprietary dietary interface will help reach your goals with our science-based approach to dieting.

MACROCoach is our online dietary interface. Selecting only MACROCoach will NOT include 1-on-1 coaching. If you are looking for 1-on-1 coaching, please select another program where 1-on-1 coaching is indicated.

Professional Athletes
$1,000.00 (per month)

As a professional athlete you have made it to the big show. You want to stay at the big show, continually improve your performance, and keep healthy. Having your body fueled to meet your individualistic needs promotes peak performance and improvement.We program your dietary needs with the same understanding of science and nutrition we use for physique athletes. This same programming took Colin Congo to the PNBA 2018 Mr. Olympia title. However, we fuel you for success during performance, lean muscle gain, and a goal of body recomposition (gaining muscle while losing fat).

This program will consist of 1-on-1 coaching and include MACROCoach.



Total Body Transformation (General Public)
$600.00 (per month)

You will receive personal coaching week to week. We find your bodies total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) via your bodies data, not general equations. We will assess if your metabolism is at a healthy state and if not, we will scientifically increase your metabolism. Each week you submit the data we require and we give you calorie, macronutrient, fiber, and sugar goals. Your success is in the science and our experience, all while, eating the diet you choose. Most importantly, we coach you to coach your self. No more needing coaches and no more continually re-gaining and having to lose weight again. You have the knowledge to keep your results.

This program will consist of 1-on-1 coaching and include MACROCoach.

Total Body Transformation (MIL/LE, First Responders, Nurses, Educators and Senior Citizens)
$500.00 (per month)
